The Author
Andrea Reynolds learned to write news releases in 1970 at Kent State University's Journalism Dept. (to be precise: Taylor Hall, the scene of the May 4, 1970 shooting of students by the National Guard) and has earned a living for more than 35 years as an independent writer-consultant-promoter writing releases for her clients. She has used news releases to generate international press and media coverage to attract clients in 7 countries. Her clients have been well-known and unknown experts, and CEOs at Fortune 500 companies.

Her news releases continue to result in quotes, profiles and feature stories, not only in hundreds of newspapers, but also in Time, Success, USA Today, Canadian Business, Entrepreneur, and The Financial Post. They have also generated invitations to appear on radio and national TV shows including David Frost's Frost Over Canada, and calls from The Today Show, Leeza, Ricki, Rolonda, and Montel.

The Report"This 25 page report (which was originally published as a 5.5" x 8.5" booklet and an e-report later) contains my secrets for writing exciting, but believable, news releases for nonfiction books which editors and producers love to receive. And it includes examples of my releases that worked for me. Out of courtesy for my clients' privacy, I use releases for my own books as examples."
